    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "REQUIRING" and insert in lieu thereof "ALLOWING".

    2. On page 1, line 13, after "SYNTHESIZE", insert "AVAILABLE".

    3. On page 1, line 24, strike "Each" and insert in lieu thereof "A" and strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    4. On page 1, line 25, strike "shall" and insert in lieu thereof "may".

    5. On page 2, line 4, before "shall", insert "that have adopted a financial monitoring system".

    6. On page 2, line 9, strike "meet the requirements of" and insert in lieu thereof "collect and analyze data in accordance with".

    7. On page 2, line 13, after "synthesizing", insert "available".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
